Basic scaff or trainee?

i would like to ask the question what gives people the right to come on a Scaffolders Forum and claim they are fully qualified BASIC SCAFFOLDERS,WHEN IT TRANSPIRES THAT ALL THEY ARE IS A TRAINEE.
CISRS for all that it gets slagged off i feel has redeemed itself in my eyes anyway.
POWERFOOL THE PARTYS OVER.GET THE GEAR READY FOR THE SCAFFS TO START ERECTING "GROUNDY"
