Afternoon,

We are on the look out for a 26 tonne 26ft bed wagon 52 plate up to 04 poss, we have previously used Cromwell Trucks in the midlands but at the moment they dont have anything in our price range whcih is suitable. Can anyone reccomend any other dealships that they have had a good service from recently? Or know of any vehciles to this spec for sale???

Thanks All

Ben

Try paul at phillips commercials , nuneaton> sound bloke and i have bought several wagons from him that have all been sound

Nothing personal against Cromwell trucks but anytime I've enquired about one of their trucks, the prices have been off the map.

thats certainly the case , pick up truck trader

I suppose I have to be careful what is said about any business but my single visit to Cromwell was they have better painters than mechanics or even admin staff. I have never really found any dealer who would make me come back without shopping around but we recently bought a 26t Volvo and she is a beast. My opinion is as long as you have a good fitter you could turn a very average truck in to a good truck after a few inspections as long as you remember to take the fitter with you when buying the truck. Good luck with the search.

nice one!!! never had wagon with a crane on, do not think it would have much use for us.

Mmm, not sure about that Clarkey, stillage of 5 foots landed up 5 lifts, luvely jubly.

Aom is correct get a crane clarkey and a nice big 32 ton upwards

A lot of cash but there are always other ways to make it pay. Ours is a 12m 32t remote Palfinger, we used to hand ball artic loads without thinking, now we fire it up to throw the piece bag in the cab.

Google mv motors. Miles from you but he does have depots down south somewhere and it will whet your appetite.
