Lol stay up the north east then plenty of scaffs down here

Why do your Firms keep advertising for us North East Lads to work for them?

The thing is about Digs it up to you pay your own Dig's out of the rates theses Days.

Some claim dig money back by using a umbrella company.
 
there's lot's of smoggies down south at the moment, all waiting for capes or stork to ring them with a position offshore!
 
Why rely on positions where you get digs?.
You could be waiting a long time. Why not get a start down here & rent your own room, cheep enough & would put u on the grid for local works- i've had several guys over the years relocate to work.
 
aii, I might do, I was just seeing what's out there bud, iv got family down there so if all else fails I could stay with them. there's no money in the north unless your on the sub station or chemical plants, and everyone knows its all who you no to get in them, so I just fancied a change of scenery.

Teeside....... I've never seen a job advertised asking for lads from the North East to come down to London hahahaha class

I do like our brothers from the north East tho ( both nans were from Sunderland and Darlington) good laugh with em both at work and the pub and they make me look slim lol

Plus sorry Scott can't think of anything that offers digs but!!!!! The agencies will pay enough to cover them and the above post is right I'm sure u can claim some of it back
 
About 2 years ago we had a guy come down from liverpool stayed for 6 months but got himself a girlfriend back up there who didnt wanna move south. tbh theres a lot of work down here either direct or via agencys give it a try nothing to lose & good luck in ur search

Apart from Lyndons of course who specifically didn't want orange overall, rigger booted northerners.
