Any ideas whats happening at the waverley station?

Hi all, does anyone know whats happening at the waverley station in edinburgh? they are supposedly screaming out for scaffolders, but whenever you contact them or send a cv they ignore you. ignorant gits or wot??

i have actually went in twice mate and still didnt get a start, all they say is that they are looking through the cv,s and they will be in touch, the only reason i went in is because they never answer the phones.

my cv was forwarded to their office by a Paul Burns. And am registered with SWGR aswell and they have also passed my CV on in regards to a start, but so far, nothing. Need a start mate, am driving ma wife tae drink being round the house all the time lol

Was just on a course at citb last week and the supervisor for balfour beatty was there palmers are doing the work for balfour, they are building a big mat and 1nce built it gets handed over 2 balfour scaffs for the remainder of the site, was pestering him for a start but he say's neither balfour or palmers will be taking on for that site, as balfour are manned up and palmers just lost a maintenence contract in g/mouth so they are transferring men
