Hi I'm flying to australia I have my part 2 and confined space ticket. Are they recognised in australia or do I have to take the courses again? Thanks
 
One of the young boy's at work is planning to head to Oz at some point HSWT. How easy is it to get them changed and do you know at what cost exactly?
 
Had a young Scots lad on the LNG job over there. They wanted to see all his APL etc so he decided it was easier and quicker to do the courses. I dont know how much it costs maybe one of the lads there like hewhodareswins has an idea of the exact cost.We only had 2 UK scaffs out of 150 the rest were Kiwis and Aussies, as I let Cape HR get the men I didnt get involved until the later stages.Thank god I didnt try and recruit a load of men for Oz using the forum.
When your lad decides to go let me know and I will PM you a few contacts that might be of use.
 
Good man HSWT, I will let him know even though he doesn't deserve it.

There must be plenty working over there with just the UK tickets on a few sites though.
