Thieves have stolen about £3,000 worth of scaffolding from a primary school.
The scaffolding was taken from Langholm Primary School, in Thomas Telford Road, Langholm, sometime overnight on Monday.
The large quantity and size of the items, mean a large vehicle would have been needed to remove it.
Police are investigating the theft and are appealing for anyone who witnessed a vehicle acting suspiciously in the area or with any information, to call Police Scotland via the 101 number
