I've heard it's in Miami, but you have to spend 2 weeks in Bangkok every month to avoid paying tax. Flights and accommodation paid for.
You might have to get your own visa though.

I can sort the visa's , just got myself a car park up north. I also do cisrs cards safety passports and bus passes.
