alandale if offered a job with alandale waik away there a joke offer you the world then you see what there are go to a real scaffold firm not alandale tell the forum if you have be there or worked for them
 
Where did you work for them?
Worked on Battersea for them for a couple of weeks before Christmas, left before the Asbestos scare, but weren't the best organised, never got any overtime or weekend work, hence I left
 
thank you mr im a supervistor for alandale i work at angel court more gate who goes up 300 foot with single stanards ? Plus northolt **** pit :-(
 
Too right, 300', singles, should be treble, or every 2 ft to start, i'd have thought, dodgy as ****. Better off out of it, least work is picking up.
Where are you going onto?
 
hi to phil181 i know you have be whatching angel court did you no i had bouth gibbs there but the job went up single standard what do you think

Surely 300' should be treble legs based out on railway sleepers, with either a foot scaffold or beams to tie all legs.
 
Finding it a bit hard to believe there were no drawings for this job until it was up 140ft, not for one second saying that your lying, but I wouldn't have done nothing without a drawing, and if I did and was told it was going up 300ft I would not have based out with single standards lol
Next you'll be saying every lift is boarded lol
 
Surely you only have to look up or see a plan of a job and if it's going up that high you would never base out with single standards.

A "foot scaffold", thats a new one in my book lad.
Most real scaffolders i know call it a kicker, but hey ho.

Yep It was a dodgy job in truth think a certain member of the forum only popped down to have a gloat as he knew it was a shltter lol
