What the **** is the problem with agencies. They advertise for men. You ring them wanting a job. They say we will ring you back and they don't even bother.?????????????????????????.:mad:
 
Just collecting names for their data base
 
When you do work for them your lucky if you get paid. Just took a lad from London worked for an agency 6 weeks never once got his wages right!
 
Total nightmare. I only applied for jobs what I was qualified for. Took details & got my hopes up. Me thinking nice 1 I've got a start somewhere. What is the fooking point of just taking names.?????. It does my fooking head in.
 
Maybe just maybe there might be some agencies out there who would like to enlighten us as to why they never call back.????? . Come on agencies.... Your turn.
 
Agencies are just as bad for salaried staff too. I have had several agency reps phone me over the past months, promise the earth, then dissolve into the mists like the spineless *#@/* they are.
 
Who can you get a mans wage wrong 6 weeks in a row I don't get it? They are shocking. If we didn't have agencies we would all be on a pound an hour more they bring all our wages down!
 
you log on with an agency,you may not tick all the boxes, but might get a call if no one better comes along. lol. ive been with an agency for a few years, get regular enquiries as to availability and then hear no more for a few months and on and on.:amazed::laugh:
