Any of you lads done any work for a building company in Essex called
" Mulalley,

Been offered a big job from them but somewhere in the back of my head
Is a nagging doubt that they are bad payers :wondering:

Any advice welcome please lads
 
Although I have been out of the trade a couple of years, Mulalley was a company you priced for when pickings were slim. Never made any money from their work, cheap prices and they expected a high quality service at the drop of a hat.
 
Maybe worth running a credit check on them phil...will tell u where they stand & see if anyones evertaken em for ccj for nonpayment...

just stay away from SHANLEY HOME everone, they really are badnews
 
doing bits for them in penge and bermondsey at the min
same as breyer lakehouse mears axis ect not top earning work £14-16m2 sort of rates

credit rating is good and pay as bad as the rest mentioned

If they pay bad and want the work done for bad rates stand clear of them. No point using ur hard earned cash to fund there jobs. We hav done it recently and ur better off without it.

Nice one allscaff,
I ran a credit check and they seem good.

I just seemed to remember someone telling me they are hard work to get money out of ,
We are way to busy at the moment to take on a slow payer who would only fu ck with cash flow.

Wide berth me thinks ;)
