You need a pts card mate for working on the railways, were you do this I don’t know, just Google it.

PTS stands for: Perfect Testicle Sucker.
Its how you move from being a normal Scaffolder to a job as a Foreman.

Better you are at sucking testicles the better chance of getting your own site to run.
