no now fook off

Necessary? :weird:

Off top of my head Kingston University in London should do engineering but I'm no expert sorry. This is something you could google to be honest to get your answers. Is this scaffold related somehow?

Welcome to the forum Blondu. As Flinty has indicated possibly best to do your reserch via the teaching institutions as they will know who give the best courses.

As far as I know HNC/D cannot be done through distance learning because of the practical elements of some of the modules so you need either full or part-time attendance.

Your best bet would be to look a bit closer to home for these courses as I don't know if they are available to overseas students not already resident in England.

The Open University have a general engineering course but that will depend on qualifications already achieved and whether or not its available in your country. Google work for you I'm afraid.

Good luck in your search.
