just kuz a mans got an advanced card does that mean he is worth 18,19,20+++!!! an hour!!!!!!?? you all no it doesnt work like that. ive had adv scaffolders working with me that aint worth a 5vr an hour. like ive always sed get paid on ur ability not wot card u own.
 
There a lot of them but I sure they won't last longer than a morning
 
Rob how do they know how good they are before they start them?

Rob its a labourers minimum rate!
I have also worked with scaffs that have the A card that wouldnt be fit servicing fittings, but less than 7 ph is taking the pi$$ a wee bit dont you think mate?:laugh:
Even target rate is higher than that surely? :nuts:

NO digs thats taking the p*** suppose they dont supply orange boiler suits and rigger boots either
 
fuuny thing is lads on the advert hes left a contact number....... how many do u reckon has called him just to tell him hes a ****??? haha
 
I've got the start Monday on a high rise gotta labour myself as well , wants the job up ASAP , I've told him , don't worry mate I'm a top scaff!!!! [emoji1]
 
Heard it was £36.31 ? with dig money ? must be a great company to work for, and they pay you expenses fandabydoozy
 
Got the start I phoned up as a **** take and the guy told me he had the rate advertised so as to weed out the waankers he wanted scaffs who were hungry.
Im getting a 50p bonus every week so it looks like i will stay hungry;)
