Been scaffolding for nearly 18 years and have got ccnsg, but have heard you need an ACE card as well as scottish disclosure to get on nuclear stations, the disclosure is easy to get online but i've never heard of an ace card  can anyone enlighten me:confused:

ECITB manages the following card schemes to recognise safety
and competence in the industry

Assuring Competence in Engineering (ACE)

An important industry led initiative to ensure that the competence of
workers in the UK engineering construction industry is validated against
National Occupational Standards.

ACE currently covers the following trades:
Erecting - Fabricating Steel Structures (Plating) - Mechanical Fitting
(including Maintenance) - Pipefitting (including Instrument) - Plating -
Rigging - Welding (Pipework & Plate). ECITB administer this initiative
through a network of approved centres and by processing card
applications. We hold a national database of cards issued.

many thanks 38, so it doesn't cover scaffolding? Or is that included under temporary steel structures?
:wondering:
