Lads Has anyone done there A1 NVQ ASSESSORS training / got the card ?

Whats the Cost ?
How long does it take to do ?
Does any of the forum sponcer's do this training?

You will need to be an instructor training and working towards your A unit. It takes up to a year for you to complete your A1 portfolio.

You need to be in a Colledge
environment to retain your candidates, either programme led or candidates going from part 1 to part 2,

The A1 has now changed to S9, ( Standard 9 NVQ assessor) although it's still pretty much the same

I did it a few years ago and assessed some of the guys out in Dubai. Took just over a year if I remember right. There was a lot of paperwork and evidence to be collected and verified.
