8 X Scaffold Foreman Offshore

Can anyone tell me what the differance is between a scaffold supervisor and scaffold forman offshore? In the job description on Cape website the job roles and description for both roles are the same
 
Same job, different title.
Probably different people that posted the ads.
 
Cheers. What is the next level up from Forman/supervisor ? Any idea what the day rates are for forman?
 
Bp Federal contract, Foreman rate classed as A+. £350
Bp Federal contract Scaffolder rate classed as B £310
Plus 4 weeks Holiday money per year payed at these day rates( 28 days per year)
All rates are based on a 13 hour day ?
This is what I was told from a Cape employee so it may not be accurate But am sure some one will correct this
 
Probably about right Oldscaff but it differs from each campaign, usually works out about £3500 a trip in your mitt.
 
Thanks for the reply lads. I'm going offshore for Cape but haven't got any details yet so this is useful. I was guessing 2:2 but didn't realise you also got holidays??? I thought u were expected to take holidays as part of your two weeks off
 
Bp have put a hold on this saga of 3x3
They have a lot of construction and shutdown work this year and they know that the Troops are getting organised every day
There may be trouble ahead ??
