typical top heavy,always believed height was only 3 times smallest base dimension out in the fresh air..banged to rights!.
 
No pasma tckt them HSE's gonna av a field day lol
 
No outriggers and to top it off it was on casters.Lets see no outriggers on casters exceeds base dimensions free standing no ties no barriered off work area and I would say no pavement licence but what I can see is a massive e fine coming their way it's time they banned these contraptions
