16 x Scaffolder's Teesside! CAPES

must of applied for a basic scaff role with cape about 8 times got experience, have a good cv don't get it! what else do I need to do
 
exactly them 16 jobs will be full with jobs for the boys only so many times you can apply before you loose faith massively every job that comes on there for a basic scaff im on it, even out the area surely someone must see my name popping up again and again get **** all back ever
 
I have removed my application CV from Cape website. Waste of bloody time, I have had many other jobs since I put it on their application databank and I am about as desperate to update it as Capes are making any effort at reading it.:p
 
I Don't think they will pay digs.

And its a pain in the arse that you have to applied for each single job.

I had a list of 200 scaffs and all I did was work from top to bottom, if they didn't answer phone moved to next one. Old School. Never did get to number 200.

How times have changed.
 
I think this is the phase 2 for air products job positions will have gone long ago
 
I think other industries have to advertise by law,even tho jobs been taken in house. Generally a way of offering the position at a reduced rate. dont know if this applies in the scaf game.!!??

I can hear the ground rumpling down here in London for this one............... Not saying our smoggy friends are big lol
 
Their web site is supposed to make it fair for everyone but it's the same old thing friends of friends friends of bosses worked for capes a couple of times and jacked every time lol
