Correct the sheets should have been on the outside; however, I feel it may have made no difference in this instance. Looking at the building as opposed to the scaffold, there appear to be no tie positions, open windows or missing glass, with that in mind then look at the pics of the scaffold laying down there would appear to be tubes long enough to of been window ties.

Bet those longer tube are asher ties, where they've nipped them into the widow reveals. No plan brace in the base either and it looks a big un.

You may be right Copper, that said there does not look like the windows have revelas worth mentioning!!

Aye, they are only small reveals, i do like to get at least 4" on my asher ties, and maybe even 4 1/2", just to be safe when its sheeted in the town center. :nuts:
